LEGAL SERVICES | REGSDIENSTE

FUNCTION

The main function of Legal Services is to provide legal advice, empowerment, training and representation to the SAOU and its members with regard to labour relations. This includes disciplinary hearings, disputes and negotiations.

PROCEDURE FOR ACQUIRING OUR SERVICES

Services are acquired through referral

All queries, disciplinary matters and disputes should firstly be reported to the relevant provincial SAOU office

When a matter cannot be dealt with at provincial level, legal services will be contacted for further assistance

Members are, however, welcome to make urgent legal enquiries with the legal services

FUNKSIE

Regsdienste se hoof funksie is die verlening van regsadvies, bemagtiging, opleiding en verteenwoordiging aan die SAOU en SAOU-lede waar dit betrekking het tot arbeidsverhoudinge. Hierby ingesluit is dissiplinêre verhore, dispute en onderhandelingsaangeleenthede.

PROSEDURE OM DIENSTE TE BENUT

Dienste word deur verwysing verleen

Alle navrae,  dissiplinêre aangeleenthede en dispute moet eerstens by die betrokke provinsiale SAOU kantoor aangemeld word

Indien die aangeleentheid nie deur die provinsiale kantoor hanteer kan word nie, sal die regsdienste vir verdere bystand gekontak word

Alhoewel, lede is welkom om die regsdienste met dringende regsnavrae te kontak
