ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL

A national committee has been tasked with taking service delivery to Admin group members to a higher level. 

Following a needs survey completed by Admin members, this committee decided on the following innovative initiatives to focus on, among others:

• Communication focused on Admin members

• Compilation of a focused brochure

• WhatsApp groups for admin members in each province

• Empowerment and training (visual and virtual opportunities)

• Icon on website focused on these members

• National Pampering Day - currently proposing a virtual event

• SAOU award similar to that of the National Teachers Awards for educators
