The Governing Body members focus group was set up to support and equip Governing Body members. The SAOU ensures that information is passed on so that our members are treated fairly and equitably in the workplace.
Expert advice is provided to these members regarding applicable Legislation and contracting with the Governing Body of the school.
Information and training is accessible to ALL staff appointed by the Governing Body and is not limited to educators but also includes Grade R staff, administrative staff, field staff and sports coaches.
