Minimum educational qualifications
Diploma or degree in Communication, Marketing, or relevant field
Minimum applicable work experience
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing and communication
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Proven track record in strategic communications and digital marketing
Further qualifications and experience
- In-depth knowledge and insight into relevant national and provincial education policy and legislation
- Proven presentation skills
- Experience in project financial management
- Experience in research methodology
- Trade union and education experience is advantageous

Minimum relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

- Experience in the financing and the South African school structure
